Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: DFLI) has completed its approximately $4 million acquisition of the operating assets associated with the Dakota Lithium® brand, with only $1 million of the purchase price paid in cash. Dakota Lithium generated approximately $12 million in net revenue in 2025 despite working-capital and inventory constraints that significantly limited product availability. By supporting Dakota Lithium through infrastructure already in place, Dragonfly Energy sees an opportunity to restore availability, grow beyond that historical revenue base and improve profitability without a proportional increase in fixed overhead. Learn more about the transaction and how Dakota Lithium and Battle Born Batteries® can create a stronger multi-brand platform under Dragonfly Energy.

Last Week: U.S. indexes finished higher Friday, as investors digested a wave of upbeat earnings, with Microsoft’s blowout quarter helping to reverse recent concerns around AI spending and reignited investor optimism. Amazon kept the rally going Friday after AWS posted its fastest revenue growth in four years. For the week, the Nasdaq was up 1.6%, while the S&P 500, and Dow were up 1%. For the month, the Dow rose 0.3% while the Nasdaq fell 3.2% and the S&P 500 was flat. Historically, August has delivered a mixed seasonal backdrop, with the S&P 500 averaging a 0.16% gain since 1970 and posting positive returns 57% of the time. September remains the market’s weakest month with an average decline of 0.8%.

On Our Radar: Looking ahead, Wall Street will be paying attention to auto sales, construction spending, and ISM manufacturing data for signals on the U.S. economy. On the earnings front, all eyes will be on Caterpillar (CAT), Merck (MRK) and Pfizer (PFE) which all report before the market opens tomorrow.
