Yesterday: U.S. indexes rallied again Monday, with the Dow closing at a record high as easing geopolitical tensions, falling oil prices, and renewed strength in tech stocks fueled gains. Investor sentiment soared after President Trump delayed a planned military strike against Iran, sending crude down roughly 5% and pushing the 10-year Treasury yield below 4.7%. Economic data also remained supportive, with the ISM Manufacturing PMI climbing to its highest level since May 2022, signaling continued demand. Meanwhile, earnings season continues to impress, with roughly 61% of S&P 500 companies having reported results and 86% beating analyst expectations. As of now, Q2 earnings growth is on pace for nearly 45% year over year.

On Our Radar: Wall Street will be paying attention to the U.S. trade balance, factory orders, and job opening reports for signs of economic momentum. On the earnings front, all eyes will be on AMD (AMD), and SpaceX (SPCX) which report after the market close today.
